This is a service which can offer help to people with a disability and their carers.
Staff at Advocacy Together can support you to talk to people about what concerns you. |

They can include:
- helping you with meetings and appointments such as a when you visit Adult Social Care, a doctor, bank, solicitor and others.
- helping you with problems you can't solve yourself.

They can also:
- help you write your concerns down.
|
|
- provide information, help and support to make sure you get the most from the services you use.
|
|
- assist in investigating complaints and support you and your carers to attend meetings.
|
|
