This is a service which can offer help to people with a disability and their carers.
Staff at Advocacy Together can support you to talk to people about what concerns you. |

They can include:
•helping you with meetings and appointments such as a when you visit Adult Social Care, a doctor, bank, solicitor and others.
•helping you with problems you can't solve yourself.

They can also:
• help you write your concerns down. |
|
|
• provide information, help and support to make sure you get the most from the services you use. |
|
|
• assist in investigating complaints and support you and your carers to attend meetings. |
