As a patient, relative, carer or member of staff sometimes you may need to turn to someone for help.

The Patient Experience Team has been set up to help you. It provides a free and confidential service.

You can contact the Patient Experience Team for:

• Information about health services
• Advice for patients, families, carers and staff
• Information on how you can get more involved in your own healthcare.

They can also provide information about the complaints procedure and how to get in touch with someone who can help.
